Unlike the 22" A1 rifle, the A2/M2 22" is 25% lighter. With a reduced weight of approximately 2.525 kg, you will clearly feel the difference compared to the SRS A1.
No injection-molded metal parts, no zinc alloy, and all screws are grade 10.9 steel.
The rifle is manufactured using high-quality materials; for example, there are no zinc alloy or injection-molded metal parts. This means the rifle benefits from superior materials and improved manufacturing processes. The stock components and butt pad are made of fiber-reinforced nylon.
Aluminum hop-up chamber with dual adjustment screws, directly connected to the quick-change outer barrel assembly, allowing you to swap the outer barrel in seconds while maintaining your hop-up settings. Hop-up adjustment is done via two screws on the top of the rifle, through the receiver, using the supplied tool—without removing the barrel, magazine, or optic. The inner barrel type is AEG. However, with our Kraken chambers, you can also use a VSR-type cut.
The SRS A2/M2 22" airsoft replica comes with a 6.05 x 578 mm brass inner barrel (AEG type) and a .30 QD muzzle device (mounted on a standard 14mm CCW airsoft barrel thread). This muzzle device features an M24x1 thread for attaching a DTSS suppressor.
The SRS A2/M2 22" version has a minimum overall length of 865 mm and a minimum weight of 2.525 kg.
