About Seasonal Shifts: Autumn feels bittersweet because we are heading into the shortest days of the year. It’s a reminder of the constant shifts happening externally in our surroundings and internally in our bodies and mind. For me, it emphasizes how important it is to embrace the present moment so as to catch it before it’s gone. 

Details: This original watercolor is 2.5" x 2.5". The outside area of the frame is 7.5" x 7.5"— including the matte and frame. All frames are custom-made by the artist's husband, Steven Dise.
