25g Carb10 performance fuel with full-label transparency

C-Block 10 keeps it simple as a performance carb supplement—its main gig is giving you quick fuel for workouts in an easy-to-stack way. That's a big deal because lots of products skimp on carbs, hide them in blends, or jam in aminos, stims, and junk that mess with the point. Here, it's straight up: 25 grams of carbs per serving from Carb10 organic pea starch, all out in the open, no hidden blends, no stims, and no confusion.

Carb10 is a branded pea-starch carb from Compound Solutions. Pea starch is picked for how easy it digests and works as workout fuel. The 25g dose is all about delivering energy. During tough training like high-volume lifts or intense intervals, your muscles pull from glycogen (stored carbs) for power. Adding carbs around your workout keeps blood sugar steady, helps you push longer, and kicks off recovery by refilling glycogen right away.

The dose is legit—not some tiny amount. 25g is enough to really help during workouts without making your shake feel like a meal. You'll notice steadier energy: less crashing mid-session, better repeat sets, and muscles that stay pumped when you're grinding. For smaller folks or quick workouts, 25g might be plenty. For bigger athletes, double sessions, or carb-heavy training, it can serve as a clean base that is easy to

Key Highlights

  • 25g Carb10 per scoop — that's a real carb hit, not just a dash for the label. This dose actually fuels your workouts, keeps blood sugar up, and supports glycogen so you perform better.
  • Single-ingredient setup — C-Block 10 sticks to one job and nails it. Makes it simple to dose right, stack smart, and see if it works compared to overloaded carb products.
  • Carb10 is a branded ingredient from Compound Solutions — having a named source like this beats vague carb claims. For folks who know their stuff, this transparency is a big win.
  • No stims on purpose — boosts your performance without caffeine or other buzz-makers. Perfect for late nights, back-to-back sessions, or if you want fuel without jacking up your stim intake.
  • Made for workouts that burn through glycogen — think heavy bodybuilding, intervals, circuits, or mixed training. A solid 25g carb around your session helps keep your output from dropping when stores get low.
  • Lighter than eating a big meal before training — if you need energy but hate feeling stuffed, this carb powder is a smart in-between option over going in fasted.
  • Stacks great with creatine, electrolytes, EAAs, and pre-workouts — since it's just Carb10, it fits right in without overlapping your other supps. That's a clever move.
  • No proprietary blend — every gram is listed clear as day. In a world of shady carb mixes and weak blends, this honesty stands out.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders grinding high-volume hypertrophy who start strong but fade late. The 25g of Carb10 gives a straight carb boost for glycogen-heavy training, keeping output, fullness, and session vibe solid without extra stims.
  • Lifters hitting early mornings who can't stomach a big meal first. C-Block 10 is a light way to fuel up without a heavy breakfast, bridging from bed to big sets.
  • CrossFit types and functional athletes doing back-to-back intense efforts with little rest. This training burns carbs fast, and 25g helps hold pace, repeat quality, and recovery.
  • Strength folks in volume-building phases where total work is high, even if it's not a strength supp. Extra carbs keep bar speed, capacity, and between-session recovery going when glycogen gets hit.
  • Endurance gym rats, fighters, or hybrid trainers mixing lifts with cardio. Simple carb powder digests easy, doses flexible, and pairs with electrolytes for drawn-out sessions.
  • Athletes with a fave pre but needing more fuel, not caffeine. As a single-carb formula, it fits clean with stim pres, pump stuff, creatine, and EAAs without repeats.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop of C-Block 10 with 10-20 ounces of water based on how thick you like it, and drink 15-30 minutes before or during your workout. Timing fits because it's not about building up—it's carbs when you need them most. If you're smaller, doing short sessions, or new to workout carbs, try half a scoop first to see how it feels and fits your eats.

Use a shaker for best mix, especially if sipping intra. Best on an empty or light stomach pre-workout; pairing with a huge meal can kill the point of a quick carb. Stack with creatine, electrolytes, EAAs, or your pre for a solid setup. Don't double carbs unless you're going for more in long or endurance stuff. No cycling since it's just carbs, not stims. Keep it sealed cool and dry for good mixing.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mixes like a light carb drink, not a thick shake. No stim rush since there's no caffeine or brain boosters. Minutes 10-30: if pre-workout, it starts feeding energy without a big feel-good wave.

Minutes 30-60: this is where it shines—sets feel easier to keep up, muscles stay full, and the end of your session doesn't hit as hard when you're low on fuel. Minutes 60-90: in longer workouts, it helps hold your performance steady and cuts that sudden drop-off. Days 1-7: you feel it right away—no loading needed for carbs. Weeks 2-4: sticks out more with regular use—workouts last better, recovery flows smoother, and fewer sessions tank from low energy.

Key Ingredients

  • Organic Pea Starch — 25g — Sustained peri-workout fuel for demanding training sessions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in Condemned Labz C-Block 10?

The verified formula for this listing is a single active ingredient: 25 grams of Carb10™ organic pea starch per 1-scoop serving. There is no proprietary blend, no stimulants, and no added performance actives disclosed in the active panel.

What does 25g of Carb10™ do during training?

It provides workout carbohydrate to support energy availability during glycogen-demanding sessions. In practical terms, that means helping reduce the mid-workout fade that often shows up during long hypertrophy sessions, repeated intervals, circuits, or two-a-day training.

Is C-Block 10 a pre-workout?

Not in the stimulant sense. It is better described as a performance carb or peri-workout fuel product, because its job is to provide carbohydrate support rather than caffeine, focus agents, or pump ingredients.

Does C-Block 10 contain caffeine?

No. This formula is stimulant-free, so it will not add to your caffeine intake and can be used with a pre-workout that already contains stimulants.

When should I take C-Block 10?

Most users will do best taking it 15-30 minutes before training or sipping it during the workout. If you are training fasted, training early, or planning a long session, pre- or intra-workout use makes the most sense.

Can I stack C-Block 10 with creatine?

Yes, and it is one of the most logical stacks. Creatine supports phosphocreatine-based ATP regeneration for short, intense efforts, while the 25g carb serving supports broader workout fuel and post-training glycogen replenishment.

Is 25g a strong dose for a workout carb product?

Yes, it is a meaningful serving rather than a decorative inclusion. It is enough to function as actual peri-workout fuel for many lifters and athletes, though larger athletes or endurance-focused users may choose to scale total carbohydrate intake higher depending on the session.

Can I use C-Block 10 if I train at night?

Yes. Because there are no stimulants in the formula, it is much more late-day friendly than pre-workouts that rely on caffeine or other stimulants for effect.

Is this product good for fasted training?

It can be very useful there. If you do not want a full meal before training but still need some workout fuel, 25g of Carb10™ can help bridge that gap with a lighter peri-workout option.

Is C-Block 10 the same as highly branched cyclic dextrin products?

No, they are not the same ingredient. This listing is verified as Carb10™ organic pea starch, which makes formula verification important because broader retail listings for this product name have shown conflicting carb-source descriptions.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
