I loved designing this crow place mat here by hand in my small UK based studio — there is something particularly special about a pair of crows together, watchful and companionable, and this design makes for a wonderfully atmospheric piece of table art. My place mats are all made here in the UK, in small sustainable quantities, made from thick eucalyptus hardboard and cork backed (for no slippage!) with a glossy melamine finish, which is heat and stain resistant. Wipe clean with a damp cloth — practical as well as beautiful!
