每年依舊我們都會到農場採摘新鮮、無農藥、無化學肥料的本地香水檸檬，大量使用其
芳香外皮製作肉餡，配上其他優質原材料及自製可以保持香脆的甜撻皮! 檸檬內餡使用大量本地香水檸檬皮配搭酸爽的黃檸檬汁，花型蛋白糖和甜撻皮又帶來隱隱的杏仁香氣！
