FAQ

Is the Terravia Pack 36L big enough for a weekend trip?

Yes. With 36 liters and smart organization, it’s ideal for 2–3 day hut trips, alpine treks, or lightweight camping missions.

Is the Terravia Pack 36L hydration compatible?

Absolutely. It has an internal reservoir sleeve and tube routing over either shoulder, plus dual side pockets for full-size water bottles.

Does it include a rain cover?

Yes - a removable rain cover is included and stows in a bottom pocket for quick access when the weather turns.

Is the Terravia Pack 36L waterproof?

It’s highly water-resistant (PU-coated recycled nylon with a PFC-free DWR on the rain cover) and, paired with the included cover, keeps gear dry in typical mountain conditions. It’s not submersible.

Can it carry trekking poles and quick-grab essentials?

Yes. It features exterior trekking-pole loops, two hip-belt pockets, a front drop-in pocket, and a top pocket with key clip for fast access on trail.

What are the sustainability credentials?

Built from 100% recycled nylon ripstop in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory. Body, side pocket, and rain-cover fabrics are bluesign® approved; the rain cover uses a DWR finish made without intentionally added PFAS.

How do I care for my pack?

Hand wash with mild soap, do not bleach, drip dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean. Brush off dirt after each trip to extend the pack’s life.

What about warranty, returns & repairs?

Easy 30-days returns. Covered by the brand’s Ironclad Lifetime Guarantee - we stand behind what we sell and help keep gear in use longer.

The best dog ball!
I have bought about 8 of these balls now. Mostly because my dog looses his or I’m buying them for my other dog friends. I put a dog bone in it at dinner time and it keeps my dog occupied while I’m eating my dinner. He loves it and so do I! They also have different sizes. We recently got a bigger dog breed so I got the biggest one. He loves it as well! Worth every penny!

Long term durability and still my dogs fav toy!
We’ve had this ball for 13 months now. It’s still my dogs #1 favorite toy. I have dogs like that to chew and they have tried but this thing is still fully intact. Definitely got my moneys worth and my dogs love it!!

Dog loves them
I have these balls in every size they come in. My dog loves them and they are the only thing that he can’t destroy. I also have put a squeaker from a destroyed toy inside of one (it was a difficult thing to do) and made my own indestructible squeaky ball as well as putting a small sized ball inside a medium sized ball to make something that he plays with on his own for hours. Even if you just use it as a ball without any of the modifications I have done I highly recommend this product. You can play with your dog indoors and not be too concerned about damaging anything. It also is great for playing in the snow since it doesn’t sink as far as other balls.

Great for small dogs
This ball lasted 5 minutes for my bully. That's my fault for not reading that it was small. I'm going to look for the largest size in hopes to get a few more minutes worth of chomps. My dog loved it.

Too easy to chew apart even for easy going dog
I bought this to hold treats for my dogs to work at getting the treats out. I thought the dogs would roll the ball and toss the ball. No. The lab took one look at the ball and immediately chewed apart one section and let the treats out. So the ball was then useless.
