Our Bieze Vineyard block was harvested on October 20th under ideal conditions. Fruit from the 2022 Bieze Vineyard was divided into two fermentation lots, one with 25% whole clusters and the other fully destemmed. Both lots were gently fermented in small 2 ton open top vessels before being aged
Producer's Notes:
This Pinot Noir opens with dark, concentrated aromas of blueberry and black cherry. Earthy undertones of forest floor and olive bring savory depth, while subtle notes of black tea and clove tie together with a touch of dark chocolate and coffee, derived from barrel aging. The palate is supported by firm tannins and a vibrant, medium acidity, offering both structure and elegance.
