The 116748SARU has a 40mm yellow gold case that has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back and a winding crown. The star of this timepiece is the bezel which features 23 diamonds, 18 rubies and 18 sapphires set in the Rolex monikered Pepsi design. The dial is black with index hour markers, a date window, gold Mercedes hands, and a gold GMT hand. The 116748SARU is powered by the self-winding 3186 caliber which has date functionality, an additional 24-hour hand and a power reserve of 50 hours. The case is paired with a yellow gold oyster bracelet with a fold-over clasp. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).
