Whoever said baby and toddler food needs to be bland and boring? Throw about that mushy, zero flavour rice porridge and give Tiny Tummy Superfood Porridge a try! We make real food that you can enjoy too. We use superfoods and a combination of freeze-dried fruit powders or natural flavourings to make our porridge the BEST. No nasty additives or preservatives over here, everything in our bags are all natural and full of excellent nutrients to give your little one the best start.

You don’t have to be a baby to eat this… our porridge is suitable for anyone aged 7 months to 100. Our serving size portion is designed for baby but can easily be doubled so you can enjoy a delightful bowl of the good stuff together.

Our porridge is delicious on its own, but to boost your baby’s (and your) meal, we suggest topping your bowl with some yoghurt and fresh fruit… YUM!

How to make

Just add water or milk of your choice

What make our porridge super dooper?

  • Rolled oats: A healthy carbohydrate, fiber rich with a special form of fiber called beta-glucan which is great for gut and immune health. Plus, they have decent protein levels (supports sleep - yay for sleep!) and a great source of zinc – to keep that baby’s health in tip top shape and supports taste and smell! Phytonutrients, heard of them? A plant compound that has a heap of benefits to the human body – our friend the rolled oat is full of them!
  • Chia seeds: the world’s richest plant source of omega-3 fatty acids plus high in protein, vitamin K, calcium, vitamin b6 and zinc – helps to power cell growth, eyesight, brain development, immunity, and healthy bones.
  • Hemp seeds: a complete protein which means hemp seeds contain all the essential amino acids that bubs body needs to thrive. They have copper, fiber, selenium, vitamins A and B6 and zinc. Basically, you want to put them on everything you can get your babies hands on!
  • Ground flaxseed (linseed): omega-3 fatty acids for supporting heart and brain health, B vitamins, copper, iron, selenium, and zinc… what don’t they have. They also help with… ahem… keeping things moving if you know what we mean.
  • Freeze-dried fruit powders: Did you know that freeze dried fruit powders still contain around 96% of their original nutrients. That means you and your little one are adding to your 5+ a day just by eating our delicious porridge… how cool is that?!

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Highly recommend.
Format: Paperback
One of the most helpful, lucid, and comprehensive books on shame I've encountered. This was required reading for graduate school and is now one of my most returned to, dog-eared, and referenced books. Can't recommend enough.

Thorough, clear, enlightening, and inspiring - not often achieved in academia
Format: Paperback
This is an extraordinarily well-researched manual. It presents for the reader a Catholic-Christian perspective on psychology/mental health which is faithful to the magisterial teachings of the Church and the Christian tradition. So much good will come to the clinician/professor/pastoral leader/student/generally-concerned-citizen who engages thoughtfully with the CCMMP. More to the point, those whom they serve will reap the real harvest. This could be one of the most important books written in this century. Yes. Bold claim. Bolder still and brighter yet the vision of the human person elucidated in this volume. "The glory of God is a human person fully alive" (St. Irenaeus of Lyon) The CCMMP sheds light for the reader to catch that vision of God's image (the human person) in a world so dimmed by confusion. Read this book. Or pick put some chapters that are of particular interest to you and go through those. You'll be glad you did.

Towards a Christian Psychology or Cure of Souls
Format: Paperback
Mental health professionals will benefit from this comprehensive manual that has been extensively researched, as it provides a way forward in the direct application of the Christian tradition in a therapeutic context. This book restores the authority within psychology back to the spiritual dimension rather than the empiricism and rationalism that is the legacy of the Enlightenment project and consequently of mainstream psychology. An important matter not addressed in this study are the arguably deleterious impacts of the Second Vatican Council (1962–1965) on the hearts and minds of the faithful, not to mention the crisis in religious vocations to which it has led. Therefore, references to the doctrinal teachings of Vatican II (and the contemporary church) should be considered with discernment so that a clear distinction can be maintained between traditional Catholicism and some of its modern aberrations (Coomaraswamy, 2006). Notwithstanding, the book has many strengths that will benefit therapists who are interested in Christian psychology, or the “science of the soul” found within all of the world’s religions. It is by adhering to one of the divinely revealed spiritual traditions that we can gain access to a liberating discernment—“Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32)—which is essential for any integral therapy and healing. -Spiritual Psychology and Counseling, Vol. 7, No. 2 (2022)

tour de force work, written in the Catholic intellectual tradition
Format: Hardcover
What a masterpiece. I would recommend this book as required reading for Catholics in the helping professions--counseling, social work, clinical psychology, etc. I'm a grad student in Catholic counseling at a non-Catholic institution, and this has been a go-to text in my classes. So grateful to the professors and contributors at Divine Mercy University for their many, many years and sacrifices putting this treatise together. It is going to bear much fruit in the years to come. Thank you!!
