Geschmacksprofil - Nussig, röstig und mild mit einem Hauch von Karamell
Region - Kagoshima, Japan
Größe - 30g für 15 Portionen

Besen Material: 100% Bambus

Jedes Set wird im Atelier von Viola Beuscher in Handarbeit und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergestellt. Der Steinzeugton stammt aus dem Westerwald und wird von Hand auf der Töpferscheibe geformt. Nach 14 Tagen Handwerkskunst, 12 Arbeitsschritten und dem Brennen bei 1220 °C ist jedes Stück fertig und einsatzbereit. Einige sind vollständig glasiert, andere nur teilweise und zeigen kühne Kontraste aus glänzendem Schwarz, tiefem Rot und transparentem Glanz.
