This great specimen is a curved Green Tourmaline crystal on Quartz. It weighs123ct or 24.6g. This cluster has two main Green Tourmaline crystals that are 21 and 22 mm long. Forming second, the slightly shorter crystal has been forced into a rare curve by its Quartz crystal host. This specimen was sourced from the Gemfields of Afghanistan for Rocks and Things Store in 2023 by Lawrence Riaz.

Nice full sized doggy flying toy
This LaRoo Dog Flying Disc surprised my in the size and sturdiness. The disc measures 10 inches across, so it is appropriate for most dogs as it only weighs about 6 ounces. The material of the disc is made from sort of ultra high density foam, so there is a bit of give so depending on your dog they will probably leave some teeth marks as they grab it from the ground, but unlike the hard plastic discs, this disc isn't making many of those sharp edges. My pup loves chasing this disc, but it is a bit unpredictable where it will fly in the wind because is so light, but I think this just enhances the game.

Purchased for our two puppies when they were 2 months old and weighed about 14 pounds so theses balls were a little big for them to hold in their mouths but that didn't stop them from trying. While they did like these balls they much preferred softer soccer balls, the later of which did not hold up well at all. I had hoped they would play with these balls more when they were older but that hasn't happened 5 months later. I guess it's no fun if you can't tear the toy apart. Colors are very bright and they do enjoy chasing after them as long as I am the one rolling them across the room for them. Maybe when they progress to batting things with their paws they will start to do this for themselves.
