Uses for the Pro11 Resistance Band
This resistance band can be used for pull-ups, weight-lifting, Pilates, Yoga and stretching. It can also be useful for resistance training, physical therapy and mobility training.
Colour-Coded for Convenience
The Pro11 resistance training bands are colour-coded for easy identification: the orange band offers low resistance; the green band is medium resistance; and the blue band provides high resistance. This feature can be useful if you buy two or three of the Pro11 resistance bands.
Lightweight and Portable
The Pro11 Resistance Band is lightweight and portable, so it can be taken just about anywhere for training on the go. It also provides a fantastic alternative to large, heavy weights for resistance training.
