Freeze dried to retain the freshness and flavour, these pouches have a shelf life of up to 5 years!
To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Stir as you pour, close the pouch and wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy your meal straight out of the pouch.

Couscous (Wheat) (55%), Chopped Tomatoes, Diced Onion, Red Kidney Beans, Cooked Lentils, Sweetcorn, Mixed Peppers, Rapeseed Oil, Cajun Spices (0.9%) (Paprika, Basil, Fennel, Salt, Garlic Granules, Onion Granules, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Mustard Powder), Garlic, Cornflour, Salt, White Pepper.
