Suggested Use

Serving Size: 15-25ml (1 dose). 

General Support:
1 dose (15ml) per serving at least one hour before or after a meal for optimal absorption.

For Deeper Restoration:
1-2 doses (25ml) per serving - recommended for those experiencing high stress, burnout, exhaustion, or chronic fatigue at least one hour before or after a meal for optimal absorption.

Recommended Frequency:
Take twice daily - with breakfast and dinner - for sustained balance
Alternatively, take up to three times a day with meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for deeper support and resilience.

We generally recommend taking Burnout Brew not after sunset as some people could experience some restored energy however most people report being able to sleep better. So please monitor your own response.
