Each flag made is different due to each piece of wood having different wood grains. So no two flags will ever be the same. Each strip is charred and placed back together to be carved by hand. Then each strip is stained its appropriate color and then all strips are pressed/glued together. The hand cut stars are added in place. The flag is then clear coated to give its final glass shine.
Each flag is made to order and will be handcrafted with the highest level of quality as our top priority. Our goal is to have a 2-4 week or less turnaround time for each order. However, if order volumes are high please allow for a 5-7 week lead time after placing your order.
