Paglierino, con riflessi dorati. Al naso è piacevolmente ampio; emergono sentori di agrumi, note di mandorla e cenni di timo e rosmarino. Al palato è ricercato, fresco, sapido.

L'Etna Bianco Superiore DOC "Palmento Caselle" a firma I Vigneri nasce da una piccola parcella; questa è frutto di una accurata selezione viticola massale fatta in oltre 20 anni di attività. Il vigneto è coltivato manualmente e la vinificazione avviene in acciaio, nel modo meno invasivo possibile. Bianco eccellente, profondo e sfaccettato, "Palmento Caselle" racconta in modo sublime il territorio natio.

Ottimo in abbinamento ad antipasti e primi di mare, può accompagnare anche l'aperitivo.
