This phone case base plate jig has been designed for large format flatbed printers with a bed size greater than 900mm x 600mm. It has been optimized to maximise the bed printing space for machines closest to these dimensions (but does not use the full bed of the machine).  This phone case jig may be compatible with other large format machines using part the bed space.  Our universal phone case jig enables you to print various blank phone cases / phone models without the need to purchase a jig for every single model and material.

This system is compatible with various phone brands such as, iPhone, Samsung, Huawei and more.  Due to the flexibility of material, gel cases are the most compatible, other materials of cases such as hard cases or wallet / flip cases may be compatible but it's best to send samples for us to check.

EXAMPLE: Print an iPhone 12 Mini Gel Case at the same time as an iPhone SE case - there's no need to have a jig for each.

Our clever phone case printing system allows you to slot your chosen phone case carriers into position by matching your carrier to the allocated printing position.  This unique and flexible system enables you mix the models and materials of phone cases you want to print, without the need to purchase a jig for each specific type.  This approach also means you can load more carriers for your most popular items and purchase fewer carriers for your less popular products.

We suggest purchasing two base plates so you can pre-load your carriers onto the second ready to load onto your next production run, meaning minimal machine downtime and high efficiency.
