Our leather products vary in thickness, 3 5 oz. We hand sew all morale patches onto hook & pile tape when they are not being sewn onto hats. Leather will distress over time. Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year mark… I’m so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than it’s worth but Asurion came through!
