Il vigneto si trova nella zona collinare della provincia di Ascoli Piceno, su terreno
Giallo paglierino carico, esprime al naso sensazioni di frutta e fiori bianchi, acacia e ginestra. In bocca si sviluppa in equilibrio con freschezza e sapidità, fine, persistente con finale tipicamente ammandorlato.Dalle colline del Piceno un vino intenso ricco di storia, il Falerio Pecorino DOC 2016 di Casalfarneto è fresco, minerale, equilibrato ed armonico. Il vigneto si trova nella zona collinare della provincia di Ascoli Piceno, su terreno argilloso ed esposto a sud-est. La vinificazione avviene effettuando una spremitura soffice dei grappoli e una successiva fermentazione in acciaio. In questo bianco personalità e tradizione si fondono perfettamente rispettando la tipicità del vitigno.
Perfetto con frutti di mare e crostacei, primi piatti a base di pesce, carni bianche e con le classiche olive all’ascolana.
