5g Creapure plus targeted ATP support, zero stimulants

Chemix ATP keeps it tight and focused: it's all about boosting your body's fastest energy source from a few smart angles, without stims faking the energy. Just three ingredients—5,000mg Creapure creatine monohydrate, 3,000mg D-ribose, and 150mg elevATP. This isn't for pumps, brain boosts, or everything-but-the-kitchen-sink pre-workouts. It's a no-stim ATP and power helper for guys who care about real muscle energy over tingles, shakes, or hype flavors.

The star is Creapure creatine monohydrate at 5g, right where a real performance product should hit. Creatine is one of the best-backed supplements for sports. It boosts phosphocreatine in your muscles, so you regenerate ATP faster from ADP during heavy lifts, sprints, or explosive reps. The 3-5g daily sweet spot is proven, and 5g nails it. Creapure is the trusted German-made version, known for purity and reliability. In the gym, this means stronger lifts, better repeats, and that fuller muscle feel from steady use.

D-ribose at 3g does something different. It's a sugar that helps build adenine nucleotides, the building blocks of ATP. So while creatine recycles ATP fast via phosphocreatine, ribose helps rebuild the energy stash after tough work. Studies on ribose aren't as rock-solid as creatine, but they're decent for energy recovery, not instant boosts. Human data has shown enhanced resynthesis of the total adenine nucleo

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg Creapure Creatine Monohydrate — a full daily dose of the best-researched strength and power booster out there. It pumps up phosphocreatine in your muscles, helping turn ADP back to ATP for heavy lifts, explosive reps, and keeping power up through sets.
  • Creapure quality counts — it's the go-to premium creatine monohydrate. For smart shoppers, that means you're getting pure, consistent stuff, not junk fillers.
  • 3,000mg D-Ribose — a cool add for an ATP-focused mix because ribose builds the backbone of adenine nucleotides. It's not just quick ATP recycling; it's about rebuilding your energy after grinding sessions.
  • Ribose shines for recovery and energy, not as a stim sub. Studies show it can speed up adenine nucleotide rebuild after intense back-to-back efforts, making it perfect for a daily performer over a one-and-done pump scoop.
  • 150mg elevATP — dosed at the standard branded level to help your body's own ATP making. The research is building, so it's not the main event, but it fits the ATP vibe and makes this more than basic creatine.
  • Three ingredients, one goal — no dilution from focus boosters, pump stuff, or extra aminos. Everything here supports energy creation, regen, or recovery for high-power training.
  • Fully open label — no prop blends, no dose hiding. You can check every ingredient against the studies, which is how real supplement users roll.
  • Stim-free on purpose — great for night trainers, folks who add their own caffeine, or anyone wanting gains without nervous system burnout. Way more flexible than pre-workouts that force-feed you stims.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength guys on heavy compound plans wanting better ATP recharge without extra stim pre in the mix. The 5g Creapure creatine hits repeated power hard, and stim-free keeps it good for late sessions.
  • Bodybuilders in frequent muscle-building phases where workouts stack up and performance dips. Creatine boosts force and volume over time, D-ribose adds ATP recovery for when fatigue lingers.
  • Lifters who get buzz from coffee or separate pre and skip double stims. Chemix ATP fits smooth, targeting muscle energy over brain jolts.
  • Folks training post-work who can't risk sleep hits from evening caffeine. All stim-free, so it boosts sessions without messing rest.
  • Gym rats who dig simple over loaded labels. Three ingredients, open panel—easy to research and slot into a real supp stack.
  • Mid-to-advanced lifters who know creatine delivers and want an upgraded take. D-ribose and elevATP widen the ATP angle, with creatine driving.

How to Use

Take 1 scoop daily. On training days, use it 20-30 minutes before lifting or sip it during the first part of the session; because there is no caffeine, exact timing is more flexible and consistency matters more than acute onset. On rest days, take the same 1-scoop dose at any convenient time to maintain creatine saturation.

If you have a sensitive stomach or you are new to creatine-based powders, start with half a scoop for several days and work up to the full serving. Mix with 12-20 ounces of water in a shaker bottle for better dispersion. A little more water usually improves dissolution and drinkability, especially with ingredients like creatine and ribose.

This product can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. If you are prone to GI discomfort, taking it with a light meal is the safer choice. It stacks well with caffeine, pump formulas, electrolytes, EAAs, and protein because the formula itself contains no stimulants and no overlapping pump agents. There is no need to cycle Chemix ATP; in fact, daily uninterrupted use is the whole point because creatine’s benefits depend on sustained muscle saturation. Store it in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed to protect powder flow and freshness.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Feels mellow—no stims, so maybe just some hydration and a simple pre-routine, not a rush like caffeine stuff. Minutes 10-30: Still no big feel, which fits a mix of creatine, ribose, and ATP support over CNS hype.

In the session, it's about what stays strong: less fade in repeats as creatine builds with daily scoops. Days 1-7 build the habit, not a first-hit wow. By week 1, some notice fuller muscles and better workout flow from creatine. Weeks 2-4, with creatine stores up, it clicks—stronger support, solid repeats, and reliable power through the week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Chemix ATP just a creatine product?

Not quite. The formula is anchored by 5,000mg of Creapure creatine monohydrate, but it also includes 3,000mg D-ribose and 150mg elevATP to broaden the ATP-support strategy beyond creatine alone. Creatine is still the strongest evidence-backed ingredient here, but the formula is intentionally built to support ATP from multiple angles.

How much creatine is in Chemix ATP?

Each scoop provides 5,000mg of Creapure creatine monohydrate. That is a full clinical daily dose and aligns with the standard 3-5g maintenance range used in sports nutrition research for strength, power, and repeated high-intensity performance.

Does Chemix ATP contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stim-free powder with zero caffeine, which makes it useful for evening training, stimulant-sensitive users, or anyone who prefers to stack their own caffeine source separately.

What does D-ribose do in this formula?

D-ribose is a structural component used to build adenine nucleotides, including ATP. In research, it is better supported as a recovery-energy ingredient than as an acute ergogenic booster, which is why it fits logically in a daily ATP support formula rather than a high-stim pre-workout.

Is the 3g dose of D-ribose clinically dosed?

It is directionally useful but below the 10-15g daily amounts used in much of the published research on ribose. That means the ingredient makes mechanistic sense here, but it should not be interpreted as a fully clinical stand-alone ribose dose.

What is elevATP and why is it included?

ElevATP is an ancient peat and apple extract ingredient positioned to support endogenous ATP production. The evidence is still emerging compared with creatine, but 150mg aligns with the common commercial use level and fits the formula’s ATP-first design.

When should I take Chemix ATP?

Take 1 scoop daily. On training days, 20-30 minutes pre-workout or around the start of training is ideal, but because the formula is stim-free, consistency matters more than exact timing. On rest days, take it whenever you are most likely to stay compliant.

Can I stack Chemix ATP with a pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, that is one of its best use cases. Because it contains no caffeine, pump agents, or nootropics, it layers cleanly with stimulant pre-workouts, pump products, electrolytes, EAAs, or intra-workout carbs.

Do I need to cycle Chemix ATP?

No cycling is required. This product works best with uninterrupted daily use, especially because creatine benefits depend on maintaining elevated intramuscular creatine stores over time.

Who will benefit most from Chemix ATP?

Lifters, power athletes, and high-frequency trainers who want better support for short, intense efforts without stimulant reliance will get the most from it. It is especially useful for people who already know creatine works and want a broader ATP-support formula.

If you're developing games with Godot, you need this book
Format: Paperback
Godot is a fantastic game engine, and it has lots of aids to learning -- written tutorials, video tutorials, sample projects, one of the best manuals I've ever encountered. Still, it's nice to have a physical book you can hold in your lap, make notes in, and use as an overall guide to developing competence in Godot development. This is that book. It's has a logical flow, has genuinely useful sample projects, and is written in a clear, highly accessible style. If you are learning Godot, you can't do better than this book.

I didn’t really get a full grasp until reading the philosophy behind Godot.
Format: Paperback
Well paced and very readable. I worked through the online tutorials before buying this book but didn’t really get a full grasp until reading the philosophy behind Godot. Though I have been a C programmer for 34 years, and a Java developer for 22 years, and a Python developer for 18 years, I have never been seriously interested in a game engine until my son introduced me to Godot a couple of months ago. Godot is tremendous! I have even used Godot’s UI controls to produce wireframes for business apps.

Solid, albeit abbreviated, coverage of Godot Game Engine 3.0
Format: Paperback
Solid introduction to Godot. Lightly touches on most topics, enough to get you up to speed an moving with it, though I personally would prefer a book that included much more depth on each area covered. Granted that wouldn't be a Sams "in 24 hours" book, but rather more of a "definitive guide" or "bible" which this is not. There's definitely enough meat to sink your teeth into, and being the first (and presently only) available book, it's worth the price. Aside from content, docking one star for difficult to read glossy pages and light weight fonts in code samples... It's difficult to find a good angle to read the book without glare across the page from a light and my middle-aged eyes struggle a bit with the code samples. UPDATE -- I've decided I have to dock another star. While the book is written in English, its authors are not native english speakers. It seems a better job could have been done with editing and review. There are a lot of clunky sentences, and several instances where the instruction is unclear. A small example: "A trick to add a simple outline is to add a new material to the Next Pass property. In this new material, set it to Unshaded, add a Grow of 0.01, change the Cull mode to front, and set its color to black." For someone familiar with all the various groupings of properties in a spatial material node, that might be all the information needed, but this book is (I thought) aimed at people with less experience with the framework. Those handful of properties are scattered throughout several groups of properties, and in the case of grow, there's only a field to enter a value when you've clicked a checkbox first. This may be a minor thing, and one could probably make the argument that materials were covered a couple chapters prior -- though that section doesn't really mention all of these properties... Lots of little assumptions and oversights like that make the learning process a little more frustrating that it could be. The information that's there is still great, but if you have little or no experience with Godot, expect to have to do some extra legwork to fill in some gaps on your own.

Great for newcomers to Godot
Format: Paperback
Excellent book for beginners with Godot. It will however require some previous programing knowledge this book isn't so much a teaching you to code book instead its an explanation of the Godot software.
