This one-section prep unit features a stainless steel top with openings for six 1/6-size pans and two 1/9-size pans (included), along with a removable cutting board. The unit includes one epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelf and an easy-grip door handle for convenient access.
Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, this table maintains a consistent temperature range of 32–40°F, keeping ingredients fresh and ready for service. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes allow easy mobility and stability.
