6g Citrulline, 200mg Caffeine, Fully Disclosed Performance Support

Bucked Up Yohimbine isn't just about yohimbine—based on the formula we have, it's more of a moderate-stim pre-workout focused on pump, energy, focus, and lasting through your sets. The setup is simple: they lead with 6,000mg citrulline malate for better blood flow and nitric oxide, add 200mg caffeine anhydrous for energy that's noticeable but not overwhelming, then back it up with beta-alanine, AlphaSize®, some electrolytes, and other helpers to make your workout better. Plus, it's all out in the open—no prop blends—so you can check every dose against what studies say instead of guessing.

The star here is citrulline malate at 6,000mg. That's the kind of dose that actually makes a difference for serious users because citrulline boosts arginine levels better than taking arginine straight, which ramps up nitric oxide. What you feel is wider blood vessels, bigger pumps, better nutrient delivery to your muscles, and often the ability to squeeze in more reps during volume work. Solid choice by the brand.

Beta-alanine comes in at 2,000mg. It works by being the key building block for carnosine, which is stored in your muscles and helps neutralize the acid buildup from intense training. That's huge for efforts that last 1-10 minutes, like back-to-back sets. Studies back it up big time, with meta-analyses showing better performance. Real talk: 2,000mg is decent, but it's under the usual 3,200-6,400mg range from research. You'll still get some carnosine buildup over time, but think of this as part of your daily dose, not the full deal.

Caffeine anhydrous at 200mg gives the

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this is the heavy hitter in the formula, and at this dose, you'll actually notice better pumps and blood flow during your workout. Citrulline boosts arginine and nitric oxide, leading to wider veins, fuller muscles, and that awesome in-session feel.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — gives you real energy and drive without turning this into a high-stim beast. For a lot of people, this hits the spot—alert and ready, but not wired or crashing hard.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — a solid add for building endurance over time by loading up muscle carnosine. It's below the classic 3.2g mark, so we're being straight about that, but with steady use, it helps you push through the burn in repeated sets.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC — this branded choline helps sharpen your focus and mind-muscle link. It's what smart formulas use when they want more than just a caffeine buzz.
  • 100mcg Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin — the active form of B12 that supports energy and nerves. Not the star of the show, but it's a better pick than the cheap stuff brands sometimes throw in for looks.
  • 100mg Himalayan Rock Salt — smart for keeping fluids balanced, enhancing pumps, and adding trace minerals. Electrolytes are key, especially if you're sweating a ton or using pump ingredients like citrulline.
  • 100mg Taurine — taurine helps with performance and cell hydration, though this is more of a support dose than full-on clinical. It fits the overall vibe of staying hydrated and performing better.
  • 50mg Deer Antler Velvet Extract — a unique add with traditional roots for performance and recovery. Not the main driver like citrulline or caffeine, but it gives that Bucked Up flair.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders on high-volume splits wanting big pumps without 350mg+ stims. 6,000mg citrulline malate delivers the flow and fullness for productive hypertrophy, 200mg caffeine keeps you going strong.
  • After-work trainers needing a real boost but can't handle heavy stim hits. 200mg caffeine is solid without the overload, fitting evening sessions better.
  • Gym folks after balanced gains, not max stim rush. Gets you pump from citrulline, drive from caffeine, endurance from beta-alanine—solid all-around.
  • People who dig transparent labels and want to know exact doses. No blends here, so you can match 'em to studies.
  • Lifters chasing mind-muscle in hypertrophy or tempo work. AlphaSize® adds focus that makes caffeine feel more precise.
  • Upgrading from beginner pres but not ready for high-stims. 200mg caffeine is punchy yet doable, bridging the gap.

How to Use

Take one serving 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That lines up caffeine's kick with citrulline malate's pump support. If stims hit you hard, try half first, especially with other caffeine that day. Mix in 8-14oz cold water via shaker—more water mellows flavor, cold makes it nicer. Better on a light stomach; heavy food slows the buzz and feels off. If fasted, hydrate extra since pumps and stims shine with good fluids. Stacks great with creatine or intra electrolytes/carbs, but watch total caffeine. No need for strict cycling for all, but breaks help if tolerance builds. Store cool and dry, lid tight for freshness.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: You down it, start hydrating, nothing wild yet besides knowing the workout's coming. Minutes 10-20: 200mg caffeine hits with better alertness and motivation, maybe light beta-alanine tingles. Minutes 20-40: Peak time—focus sharpens, drive builds, and 6g citrulline brings that full, pumped feel. Minutes 40-90: Energy holds steady, session quality depends on your style, water, and tolerance. Days 1-7: Feel the pump, energy, focus right away; beta-alanine's building but not peaked. Weeks 2-4: Consistent use loads carnosine, making hard sets more doable. It goes from quick feels to real output gains.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Yohimbine?

The verified formula provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous per serving. That places it firmly in the moderate-stim range: enough for a clear boost in alertness and training drive, but below the 300-400mg load found in many aggressive pre-workouts.

Is the 6,000mg citrulline malate dose actually effective?

Yes. 6g citrulline malate is the strongest part of this formula and sits right in the range serious pre-workout users look for when they want meaningful pump and blood-flow support. Citrulline increases arginine availability, which supports nitric oxide production and vasodilation.

Is the beta-alanine dose clinically dosed?

Not fully. Beta-alanine has strong evidence in the 3,200-6,400mg daily range, and this product provides 2,000mg. That still contributes toward muscle carnosine loading, but it is better viewed as a partial daily dose than a complete clinical target.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient included at 200mg to support focus and mind-muscle connection. It helps round out the pre-workout by adding a cholinergic component rather than relying on caffeine alone for the entire mental effect.

Will this make me feel a beta-alanine tingling sensation?

Possibly. Some users feel paresthesia, the harmless tingling commonly associated with beta-alanine, even at 2,000mg, while others feel very little. Sensitivity varies a lot from person to person.

Is taurine meaningfully dosed here?

Not by strict clinical standards. Taurine has strong evidence, but most performance research uses roughly 1,000-3,000mg, and this formula contains 100mg. It fits the hydration-support theme, but it is not a primary driver of the formula.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to round it out. This formula covers pump, energy, and some endurance support, while standalone creatine monohydrate adds phosphocreatine replenishment and long-term strength/power support.

When should I take it before training?

Take it about 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That timing lines up well with caffeine onset and gives the formula time to settle before your first working sets.

Is this a good beginner pre-workout?

It can be, but with caveats. The 200mg caffeine dose is moderate rather than extreme, which makes it more approachable than high-stim formulas, but beginners should still start with half a serving to assess tolerance.

Does this actually contain yohimbine?

Based on the verified active formula provided for this page, yohimbine is not listed among the disclosed actives. If you are specifically shopping for a bodyweight-adjusted yohimbine HCl product, this verified panel does not transparently present that ingredient.

Low foam
Color: Black
Love this frother. It is great quality and the turn speed is amazing. My only issue is this. It comes w 2 wands and they are both singles. The single is great for stirring things up. It does not make a lot of froth and for some things it’s perfect but sometimes I like a lot of froth and I wish it either came w a single and a double or you could purchase a double separately to intermix. I don’t want to buy a whole other unit just for the double. I wrote to them bc the double frother they sell doesn’t look as good as this one but sometimes a girl needs a lot of foam and sometimes th stirring is perfect.

Outstanding machine with loads of uses
Color: Black, Color: Black
First off the TLDR: If you have an espresso machine, buy this. The Maestri 4 in 1 is a solidly built little machine that I truly enjoy using. It has a one piece stainless steel pitcher that is dishwasher safe and the spinner has a removable metal frother. So the only plastic touching your beverage is the small plastic spinner. As of January 2026, there is a coupon for $20, off making it $48 and for this price it simply cannot be beat. Now, if you’d like to know why I bought this over the Velvitiser read on. This is meant to be detailed and helpful for those looking at these two machines or wanting to get the most out of this one. First, cost did not really factor in. I mean I’m not looking to get ripped off, but I would rather wait and save for a superior machine, than purchase an inferior one that I will be unhappy with and is likely to break on me. Just getting that out of the way. Also I looked at the new hot and cold cocoa maker that comes with the hot cocoa mug and the iced chocolate milk glass, as well as a starter kit of 10 cocoa pouches, 5 hot and 5 cold. $179. So why did I get this instead? 1. The Velvitiser, while a beautiful machine (and it is pretty) uses a proprietary hook type spinner to whisk the cocoa while it heats it. Because of this, it is designed to be used with their proprietary hot cocoa packets, which is why 10 are included. You can upgrade to 40. And of course more are on the site. There are also subscription options. However this unit was specifically designed for the cocoa butter content, size of granules, and melting point of their chocolate, you cannot use ANY OTHER chocolate, powder, matcha, etc with it - and doing so VOIDS your warranty. Now people have done it, mostly after a year when the warranty runs out. But they risk burning out the motor. The Maestri on the other hand can use just about anything. As long as you don’t drop a whole azz bar of chocolate in the thing, you’re golden. So far, the chocolate I’ve used is: Cocoa powder, Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate, and Ghirardelli white chocolate which I grated. They worked beautifully and the drinks were delicious. Also, unlike the Velvitiser, “based on the Aztec Molinillo”, I can grate and use Abuelitas Mexican Chocolate. Take that! Also, this machine goes beyond chocolate, see point 3 for other options. 2. It only holds 8 oz. Well technically 9oz but it counts on 8 oz of milk and an oz of chocolate. Hope you’re not married. Or have a boyfriend. Or a big mug. I wanna make a hot chocky for hubby and me. If I’d gotten this I would have had to make the first mug, give it to him, refill with more milk, more chocolate, and wait for the machine. And let’s be honest, by the time my mug was ready, his would be empty. 😩 The Maestri holds two cups or 16oz, and if you pour that into the pitcher you are still well under the Max Fill Line. It’s plenty to share or for my biggest mugs it’s also great when I make iced drinks or soup which brings me to 3. The Velvitiser was very limited. I had my choice of hot cocoa or the next big thing, COLD cocoa newly introduced in September 2025. That’s it. And I hope you like their flavors cause they are your only options. Now I’m not gonna lie, they look delicious. And they almost had me with the banana milk. But they are clearly operating on a subscription model here. Also, I wanted more options. So the Maestri whispered cold foam and here we are. I’m glad I went with this because yes, the Maestri 4 in 1 will do cold foam. It will also do all kinds of cold drinks. If you have an espresso maker buy this. I should probably put that at the top. Mix any of your syrups or sauces with milk and hit the first button (snowflake). Cookie Butter Milk. Hazelnut Milk. I will buy banana syrup and have Banana Milk (I hope it tastes like Banana Runts), And you can use it to mix up your morning protein shake, as long as it’s not super thick (this is not a blender). I make protein coffee so this is a HUGE step up from my old crappy shaker with the little wire ball in it. Of course you can heat and foam your milk for cappuccinos and lattes, middle button. But I also take out the foaming ring and use that setting to make veggie broth, miso soup, and vegan ginger chik’n broth. As long as you don’t have veggies or other chunks in there you can heat up/cook any clear broth. The last button is the Cocoa button. I’ve made tons of stuff with that. Hot chocolate, mocha, golden milk, matcha, and even chai. Be sure to heat your water and milk using the machine, then steep your tea. Remove your tea bag or loose tea and spices before you run the machine again to add your sugar. None of this was possible with the Velvitiser. This machine looks nice on my espresso bar, I like that the pitcher is held to the base magnetically. I love how easy it is to clean. But most of all I absolutely love how versatile it is. I’ve only had it a short period of time but it has become central to my drink making. I use it each morning for my espresso, I use it to make an iced drink at some point during the day, and it’s winter so I am using it to make a broth most days as well. So yeah, glad I went with the Maestri 4 in 1. It’s my favorite new addition to the espresso station.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY!!
Color: White
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY! We had the Maestri House Milk Frother for 5 months. It suddenly quit spinning. I contacted support as instructed in the manual. I received a reply that there is a 1 year warranty and to send my order # and video showing the problem. I did the same day. No response. I waited a week, still no response. I sent the order # and video again. It has been almost a month, I have sent 4 emails, and no one will get back with me. I found a phone number online but when I called there is an automated response with their hours and then hangs up on me. THIS ITEM WILL QUIT WORKING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PRODUCT. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
