Product Description
Aer Sampling offers inspection/calibration services for dry gas meter (DGM) contained within smoke-stack testing meter console (manual or semi-automatic or automatic).
A dry gas meter (DGM)—inside a smoke-stack testing meter console, shall be calibrated:
- Before its initial use in the field as according to the US EPA Method 5, Section 10.3.1 (Calibration Prior to Use)
- After each field use as according to the US EPA Method 5, Section 10.3.2 (Calibration After Use).
A calibration certificate for dry gas meter (Y) and orifice meter/tube (ΔH@) will be issued:
- The dry gas meter is calibrated according to US EPA Method 5 (US CFR Title 40, Part 60, Appendix A, Test Method 5) Section 16.2, using reference critical orifices calibrated according to US EPA Method 5, Section 16.2.2, and other reference instruments with calibrations traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Turnaround time is invalid if your item(s) requires repair, and additional time is needed.

Pre-calibration Inspection*
Your item(s) will be inspected upon receipt to determine if calibration is possible. If your item(s) passes this inspection, it will be added into the calibration queue.
If your item(s) fails this inspection, you will need a Repair Service (PN-772) before the calibration.

For offline order, a proforma invoice/quotation will be issued to you upon ordering with detailed shipping instructions.
