For shipping TO the Roselli factory:
You must arrange this shipping yourself and we recommend that all knives/axes sent to us are sent with a trackable shipment. Please note that Roselli is not responsible for lost goods during delivery to the Roselli factory.

For shipping FROM the Roselli factory:
You pay the return shipping from the factory directly when you order your service. The shipping cost from the factory depends on where you live (see cost details under the tab Shipping). The shipping cost is automatically calculated once you have entered your address information.
