La vendemmia rigorosamente manuale, e in seguito alla vinificazione il vino affina per 12 mesi in botti

Rosso rubino vivace. Al naso si avvertono profumi floreali, note di marasca e piccoli frutti rossi, tocchi di vaniglia; in bocca è strutturato, dal tannino equilibrato, intenso.

Realizzato dalla cantina toscana San Polo, questo Rosso di Montalcino è ottenuto da uve sangiovese provenienti da vigne caratterizzate da un suolo ricco di calcio e argilla. La vendemmia è rigorosamente manuale, e in seguito alla vinificazione il vino affina per 12 mesi in botti grandi prima di fare un'ulteriore sosta in bottiglia.
