BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Decoction methods

This herbal blend can be used twice daily. 

Make sure to add blended herbs in water to bring to a boil. Simmer for at least 20-40 minutes. Strain liquid into a jug or pour the required amount. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 48 hours.
