I got the medium thickness and it’s a little stiff, but I think once slept on, it should soften up a bit, but if you like a softer or flatter pillow, definitely go for the soft one. But the quality seems to be very well-made. It puffed up straight out of the package. It didn’t have any smell whatsoever, and it fit perfectly in my standard size shams.

Loved them but may not last too long

I’m kind of torn on these. I love them and I want to buy more because they were very affordable and very comfy! I’ve had them less than six months and they lose their plumpness after a few nights sleep but they are easy to fluff back up. They are pretty thick and firm but form to your head and neck perfectly..for me at least. I’ve tossed them in the washer and dryer and they have been fine. Fluffed right back up perfectly. The material inside seems to be clumping together now. it’s easy to fluff them back out but you can notice the spaces where they’re starting to clump and even though they can be fluffed again it does seem they are starting to become compacted and I find myself having to fluff them more often. I’ll see how much longer they’ll last, but I will buy again because they are pretty comfortable. I love the covers they came with also. They stay cool and wash easy! Overall, great for the price, maybe not in the long run if you continue to buy, but I’ll see how much longer they’ll stay in good shape!
