Uncompromising Performance. Unmistakable Presence.

The HKM-244179 electric scooter redefines personal mobility with its dominant 2000-watt motor and high-voltage 60V lithium architecture. Designed for riders who demand more — more acceleration, more range, more style — it delivers an exhilarating 40 mph (65 km/h) top speed and a range of up to 50 miles (80 km) on a single charge. Every component is engineered to inspire confidence, from the wide‑stance fat tires to the rigid non‑folding frame that provides exceptional stability at high speeds.

Whether slicing through morning traffic or carving along coastal roads, the HKM-244179 turns every trip into a statement. The scooter’s advanced electronic control system monitors battery health, throttle response, and regenerative braking parameters in real time, ensuring seamless power delivery. Certified to CE safety standards, it meets rigorous international requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and mechanical safety. Ride with the assurance that you’re on a machine built to last.

Powertrain & Motor Technology

The heart of the HKM-244179 is a brushless 2000W hub motor mounted directly in the rear wheel. This direct‑drive configuration eliminates chains, belts, and gearboxes, reducing maintenance while improving efficiency. The motor controller uses field‑oriented control (FOC) algorithms to deliver smooth, silent acceleration with minimal cogging. Whether launching from a standstill or overtaking at 30 mph (48 km/h), the torque response is immediate and linear. A thermal management system actively monitors stator temperature, preventing overheating during sustained high‑load climbs.

2000W Peak Output

Enables rapid acceleration and confident hill climbing — conquers slopes exceeding 20° grade with ease.

Regenerative Braking

Recovers kinetic energy during deceleration, feeding it back to the battery to extend range and reduce brake wear.

60V Lithium Power System

The high‑voltage 60V architecture is a game‑changer. Operating at a higher voltage reduces current draw for the same power output, which means less heat, higher efficiency, and extended component lifespan. The lithium‑ion pack uses automotive‑grade 21700 cells arranged in a robust welded matrix, managed by an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS provides over‑charge, over‑discharge, short‑circuit, and temperature protections, ensuring safe operation across thousands of cycles.

37–50 Mile Range (60–80 km)

Real‑world range tested under mixed riding conditions. Eco mode extends distance further for commuters.

Smart BMS Protection

Monitors individual cell voltages and temperatures 50 times per second, balancing the pack for longevity.

Speed, Control & Braking

With a top speed of 40 mph (65 km/h), the HKM-244179 sits firmly in the performance scooter class. The speed is electronically governed to meet regional regulations and can be adjusted via the scooter’s onboard display. Dual mechanical disc brakes — front and rear — provide strong, predictable stopping power even when riding at full speed. The brake levers are ergonomically sculpted and feature an integrated motor cutoff switch that instantly disengages power when braking, adding an extra layer of safety.

Fat Tire Stability & Terrain Adaptability

The defining visual and functional element of the HKM-244179 is its wide, low‑pressure fat tires. These 10‑inch pneumatic tires (approx. 4‑inch width) act as natural shock absorbers, smoothing out cracks, gravel, and uneven pavement. The broad contact patch increases grip during cornering and braking, while reducing the risk of pinch flats. Combined with a reinforced rigid frame, the scooter tracks true at high speed without wobble — a critical advantage over lightweight folding designs. It’s equally at home on city streets, park pathways, or packed‑dirt trails.

10" Pneumatic Fat Tires

Low‑pressure (approx. 30 psi) tires absorb vibrations, enabling a comfortable ride without a complex suspension system.

20°+ Climbing Ability

Tackles steep inclines with authority — ideal for hilly urban environments and parking garages.

Rigid Frame — Engineered for Durability

Unlike many commuter scooters that rely on folding mechanisms, the HKM-244179 adopts a unibody‑inspired rigid frame construction. This design choice eliminates the potential weak point of a hinge, resulting in superior torsional stiffness and a solid, one‑piece feel under aggressive riding. The frame is crafted from heat‑treated 6061 aluminum alloy, with reinforced welds at stress points. A textured deck provides non‑slip grip, and the overall geometry is tailored for male riders seeking an athletic, forward‑leaning posture that enhances control at speed.

Available in three striking colors — stealthy Black, regal Purple, and luxurious Gold — or custom‑color options to match your personality. The paint finish is a multi‑layer UV‑resistant coating that resists fading and scratches, keeping the scooter looking as sharp as it performs.

Intelligent Electronics & Cockpit

The cockpit centers around a bright, sunlight‑readable LCD dashboard that displays real‑time speed, battery percentage, trip distance, riding mode, and headlight status. A single multifunction button allows you to toggle between Eco, Standard, and Sport modes, each altering throttle response and top speed. Integrated LED lighting — a high‑output headlight and a reactive brake light — ensures visibility at night. The scooter also features a USB‑C port under the dash, useful for charging your phone or action camera on the go.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the actual range in real‑world conditions?
Range varies based on rider weight, speed, terrain, and ambient temperature. At a steady 20 mph (32 km/h) on flat ground with a 165 lb (75 kg) rider, expect around 50 miles (80 km). In mixed city riding with stops and inclines, range typically falls between 37–43 miles (60–70 km). Using Sport mode aggressively will reduce range further.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Using the included 2A smart charger, a full charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 6–7 hours. The charger automatically switches to trickle mode when the battery is full, preventing overcharging.
Is the scooter legal to ride on public roads?
Regulations vary by country and region. The HKM-244179 reaches speeds up to 40 mph (65 km/h) and is classified as a performance electric scooter. Riders must check local laws regarding registration, licensing, helmet requirements, and where such scooters are permitted. The scooter is CE certified, meeting European safety standards.
Can the scooter handle rain or wet roads?
The electronics and battery compartment are sealed against light rain and splashes, but the scooter is not designed for submersion or heavy downpours. Riding on wet surfaces reduces traction, so caution is advised. Always dry the scooter after exposure to moisture.
What maintenance does the fat tire system require?
Check tire pressure every two weeks — recommended 28–32 psi for optimal grip and efficiency. Inspect tread for cuts or embedded debris. The pneumatic tires can be repaired with standard bicycle patch kits in case of punctures. Brake pads should be examined every 300 miles (480 km) and replaced if worn below 2 mm.
Is the scooter foldable?
No. The HKM-244179 features a non‑folding rigid frame. This design maximizes structural integrity and high‑speed stability, making it ideal for performance‑oriented riders who prioritize a rock‑solid feel over portability.

Decent for the price. Instructions suck but most people should be able to figure it out. More below.
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
SUMMARY: 3 stars from me because it's firmly average. It's fine for the price. Assembly and materials are alright but I can see some caveats depending on your circumstances. Assembly instructions do a subpar job of pointing out some details. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Maybe it's because I'm autistic and/or building model kits and assembling stuff is my jam, but I honestly thought people were exaggerating when they were complaining about the instructions and I'd be able to flex my ~superior assembly skills.~ I was wrong! These instructions genuinely suck, and whoever is responsible for making them should be ashamed. The instructions do a poor job of calling out some details regarding orientation of parts, and some of the images do not actually match the physical parts. For example, it does not really outline the assembly of the end panels clearly, and I can see someone accidentally using the wrong poles. I've drawn over a photo to show what you should do to try and make it clearer. Additionally, the manual shows a flathead screw for bolting the feet into position, but the actual screw is not a flathead. It also does not point out the counterbore, so if you aren't paying attention you may put the foot pads onto the wrong side of the foot. It's also missing the fact that you need to use another one of the plastic pieces when you finish assembling a panel. ACTUAL ASSEMBLY & MATERIALS: To their credit, all of my bags were clearly labeled. The assembly process wasn't difficult. It's mostly just tedious and requires a fair amount of space. I was able to assemble it by myself without any real difficulty. However, the way it's assembled means two things. One, the fabric parts aren't removable without disassembly. So if you want to use this in an environment where they would require cleaning, I would seriously recommend looking for another option. Or, you could buy this just to use the frame pieces and then somehow buy or make your own fabric pieces designed to be removable with velcro or something. Two, because of the materials I really don't have a lot of faith in this thing surviving disassembly and reassembly. Like a lot of sorta-cheap-but-convenient furniture, it uses those spring-button connections and plastic inserts with self-tapping screws. Those things are not really meant to be disassembled and rethreaded. It also relies a lot on the tension of the poles and the fabric to keep everything rigid and squared, which I think puts a lot of pressure on the aforementioned buttons, plastic inserts, and the hollow metal rods. So I feel like that will also cause issues with disassembly and reassembly. Basically once this thing is assembled, it's not really meant to be disassembled. The best you can do is spot-clean the fabric if you need to. Speaking of the fabric, I didn't see any labels on them or anything in the manual that says what they are, but they feel like some kind of polyester. They generate static electricity pretty easily, and pet hair and debris sticks easily. So that's another downside of them not being easily removable. For the most part it does seem pretty stable. The poles seem to be pretty uniform in length so they're all making contact with my floor. Obviously this isn't structural so it shouldn't be supporting anything, but the two main feet seem to be doing fine with keeping this thing upright. CLOSING THOUGHTS: Really, it's fine for what it is, but it could be better in a lot of little ways and the substandard quality of the instructions just seems unprofessional to me, which is why I'm being so harsh with my rating. Depending on your needs and environment you may want to consider a different option. Preferably one that is made to be disassembled with better materials, and/or one with fabric pieces made to be removed easily.

Not as it seems
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
these are awful... Each individual panel is fine, but when you put it together it can barely stand up, and the clips that hold it together keep popping off. Steer clear of this item.
