Alpha Lion Cravings Killer comes in capsules to curb appetite and help you stick to your diet. It cuts down on overeating urges, steadies blood sugar swings that crank up cravings, and boosts your metabolism while you're eating less. This isn't a stim-packed fat burner that hits you right away. It's all about making it easier to stay on track. In body changes, that's often the real key.

It kicks off with 1000mcg of Chromax chromium picolinate. This form absorbs well compared to cheaper ones. Chromium helps with glucose metabolism – how your body handles sugar – and insulin signaling, which is why it's in stuff for carb cravings and appetite. 1000mcg is a strong dose, matching what studies use for less hunger and eating in some people. You'll feel a calmer vibe around carb foods, with fewer urgent hunger spikes.

There's 250mg of Garcinia cambogia fruit extract, standardized for hydroxycitric acid. That's the part linked to appetite and weight help. HCA messes with an enzyme that turns carbs into fat and can make you feel more satisfied. But heads up: studies often use higher doses than 250mg, so this is more of a helper here, not the star.

InnoSlim is in at 125mg. It's a branded mix of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng extracts that support glucose metabolism – how your body uses sugar – nutrient partitioning, and AMPK-related meta

A Lion Cravings Killer by Alpha Lion contains 100mcg Chromium (Chromax® chromium picolinate), a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 1000mcg Chromax chromium picolinate — a solid, high dose from a branded form that absorbs great. It helps with glucose metabolism and cuts down on those wild carb cravings that wreck diets.
  • 88.25mg Supresa saffron extract — the standout for killing cravings. It focuses on feeling full and skipping snacks, which is where a lot of diets win or lose.
  • 125mg InnoSlim per capsule — a branded astragalus and Panax notoginseng mix for metabolism help. Studies show benefits at 250mg daily, so aim for two capsules a day to hit that.
  • 250mg Garcinia cambogia extract standardized for hydroxycitric acid — here to back up appetite control and weight paths. It's not a huge dose on its own, but it fits nice in this multi-angle setup.
  • Fully disclosed label — every ingredient and dose is right there. In a world of shady prop blends for appetite stuff, this transparency builds trust.
  • Capsule delivery — no mixing or shaking needed. Easy to pop at work, on the go, or before meals when cravings strike.
  • Stim-free formula — no caffeine or stims listed. Stack it with your coffee or pre-workout without overloading on energy.
  • Behavior-first approach — made to cut real overeating, not just stuff the label with basic herbs. Supresa and Chromax shine for folks battling appetite more than low energy.

A Lion Cravings Killer by Alpha Lion contains 100mcg Chromium (Chromax® chromium picolinate), a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters in a deficit not lacking workout drive, but fighting hunger between meals. Helps make diet sticking sustainable.
  • Busy pros dropping fat without high-stims. Capsules are easy, portable, focused on Supresa and Chromax over caffeine hype.
  • Folks wrecked by afternoon or night carb cravings. Chromax targets glucose support, better than basic supps for that.
  • Post-bulk athletes cutting and battling portions. Saffron satiety and InnoSlim metabolism ease the switch to controlled eats.
  • Recomp folks wanting simple stacks. Four actives target less impulsive eating.
  • Emotional snackers or grazers with planned meals. Supresa helps cut non-hunger eats.

How to Use

Take 1 capsule with water 20-30 minutes before a craving-heavy meal, or 1 twice daily if that's the label. Twice a day gets InnoSlim to 250mg, like in studies. Sensitive stomach? Start with food, then tweak. Capsules mean no mixing – just a full glass of water. Food can ease gut issues, but pre-meal might help cravings more. Stacks with protein, creatine, fiber, or stim pre-workouts since no caffeine. No need to cycle like heavy burners, but daily use is best. Keep in cool, dry spot with lid tight.

What to Expect

Day 1 is low-key: no energy blast or heat since that's not the vibe. After a few doses, cravings before or between meals often feel milder, especially in your weak spots. In 3-7 days, you'll see less random snacks, less sweet obsession, and smaller portions. Twice daily hits 250mg InnoSlim, matching studies, so stick with it. By weeks 2-4, it's about easier sticking to calories and better body changes, not instant feels. Judge it by how often you nail your plan.

Key Ingredients

  • InnoSlim — 125mg — Metabolic support targeting AMPK and nutrient handling pathways
  • Supresa — 88.25mg — Saffron-based satiety support for fewer impulsive snacks

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Alpha Lion Cravings Killer a stimulant fat burner?

Not in the usual sense. The disclosed active formula contains Chromax chromium picolinate, Garcinia cambogia extract, InnoSlim, and Supresa saffron extract, with no listed caffeine. It is better described as a stim-free appetite-control and metabolic-support formula than a high-energy thermogenic.

How much chromium is in Alpha Lion Cravings Killer?

This formula provides 1000mcg of Chromax chromium picolinate per capsule. That is a robust chromium dose and is central to the formula’s support for glucose handling and carbohydrate-craving control.

What does Supresa do in this formula?

Supresa is a branded saffron extract included at 88.25mg. Its main job is to support satiety and reduce the urge to snack, especially the kind of eating that happens out of habit or cravings rather than true hunger.

Is the InnoSlim dose fully effective here?

Each capsule provides 125mg InnoSlim. The ingredient knowledge base points to human research at 250mg daily, so the most meaningful target is typically reached when the product is used twice per day rather than as a single isolated capsule.

Will I feel this product right away?

Do not expect a rush or dramatic sensation. This is not a pre-workout-style formula; most users notice it through reduced cravings, less snacking, and easier dietary control over several days to weeks of consistent use.

Can I stack Cravings Killer with coffee or pre-workout?

Yes, in most cases it stacks cleanly because the disclosed active panel does not list caffeine or other stimulant actives. That makes it easier to combine with your existing coffee or training stack without creating excessive stimulant overlap.

When should I take Alpha Lion Cravings Killer?

The best timing is usually 20-30 minutes before the meal or time of day when cravings hit hardest. If your label directions call for two capsules daily, splitting them across your highest-risk eating windows makes practical sense.

Is this product better for appetite control or calorie burning?

Appetite control is clearly the primary strength. The formula does include metabolic-support ingredients like InnoSlim and Garcinia, but its strongest practical advantage is helping you eat more consistently and snack less.

Does this formula use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the biggest strengths of this product is that all four active ingredients and their doses are disclosed on the label. That is a major transparency advantage in this category.

Who gets the most out of this formula?

People in a calorie deficit, recomposition phase, or lifestyle fat-loss phase get the most value from it. If your biggest obstacle is cravings, overeating, or poor meal-plan adherence, this formula is more relevant than a generic energy-heavy fat burner.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
