This is "The real McCoy". Masterly roasted in small batches as it's ordered to ensure optimum freshness. The roasting profile is a "Dark City Roast" or "Light French Roast". This is a dark shade of brown and is a bold roast for an origin coffee. Oil will begin to emerge from the beans slightly after roasting and continue to as the coffee blooms.
