The black tea base tea provides antioxidants, ginger adds digestive and immune-boosting benefits, helping soothe the stomach and reduce nausea while cinnamon and clove offer anti-inflammatory properties. Together, this blend is perfect for improving circulation, boosting metabolism, and promoting overall wellness.

A Plucking Good Story
'Here at Amba Estate we grow spices alongside our tea. After plucking the tea leaves, we let them wither at room temperature before gently hand-rolling them in small batches against a traditional kithul wood table to create our broken orange pekoe. We harvest our cinnamon sticks by hand, the way we've always done. Then we strip the bark by hand with a sickle, because we know this produces the richest flavours. Finally we combine the spices with our tealeaves to make this of, sweet chai that I'm very proud to share with you.' - Neethanjana, Amba Estate

Serving
Great to drink as a black tea or with your choice of milk/alternatives. Brew with boiling water (100'c) for 3 -5 mins & serve with or without milk. The flavours are also delicious as a chilled cold brew - infuse the leaves in a jug of water overnight in the fridge.
