Stored under the lid are three stainless steel bowls: one with a fine grater and slicer, another with a coarse grater, and a collecting bowl. The bowls are secured in place during use. The Multi-Purpose Food Preparation Board is made of sustainable Rubberwood and is mounted on non-slip feet. The manufacturer recommends using a damp cloth to clean the board, and cleaning the stainless steel bowls in a dishwasher.
