They are meticulously assembled with a Morse code pattern that speaks an inspirational message. Then they are displayed on packaging that helps tell the perfect story! About Tila Beads They are manufactured with glass that is melted in a 1400 degree furnace and then formed into a tubular mold through blowing and stretching. Then, a special cutting machine is used to perfectly cut each bead to the desired size. A second forming process, after cutting, creates the final shape before they are cleaned and then finished with dyeing, printing, or electroplating, etc. This technically difficult process creates premium quality beads with brilliant appeal.
