Giallo dorato luminoso. Si susseguono profumi di erbe spontanee, frutta esotica, tocchi di miele e cera d'api, note iodate ed echi di pietra focaia; al sorso è corposo ma incredibilmente fresco e scorrevole, persistente, con tocchi salmastri in chiusura.

"Kai" è un vino ottenuto da uve friulano in purezza provenienti da vigne di oltre ottantant'anni, poste sul caratteristico terreno di San Floriano, ricco di ponca. Prodotto dall'azienda biologica Paraschos, dopo la fermentazione spontanea, innescata dai lieviti indigeni, il vino affina per circa 24 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia: potente, complesso, dalle infinite e cangianti sfumature olfattive, richiede pazienza e attenzione per svelare la sua ricca personalità

Da provare con piatti a base di pesci di acqua dolce, funghi e formaggi di media stagionatura.
