In bocca è secco e piacevole, fine ed elegante, dal finale giustamente minerale, che equilibra perfettamente il tutto!Il FelceBianco della Cantina La Felce è un vino bianco secco prodotto ad Ortonovo in un vigneto di appena 3 ettari, interamente lavorati in biologico, l'età media del vigneto è di 40 anni, la vendemmia è rigorosamente manuale e in cantina la fermentazione avviene spontaneamente, senza l'aggiunta di lieviti selezionati, a cui segue un affinamento sulle fecce fini in contenitori di acciaio. E' un vino bianco secco ottenuto da uve trebbiano, vermentino e malvasia, è secco e piacevole, fine ed elegante, dal finale in bocca giustamente minerale, ideale per mille occasioni.
