Persistente il finale.Frutto della collaborazione enologica tra le aziende M.Chapoutier e Terlato, L-Block è un shiraz australiano ottenuto da uve provenienti da una piccola vigna, interamente raccolte a mano. Dopo una fermentazione di circa 4-6 settimane, il vino affina per circa 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese.
Da provare in abbinamento con carni rosse e bianche, come la piccata di vitello.
