Caratteristiche: freschezza dettata dall'acidità, fruttato acerbo, cedro maturo, floreale dolce (tiglio), vegetale. 
Abbinamenti: perfetto per aperitivo, si sposa felicemente con le crudità di pesce e con i piatti a base di verdure.
