NOSE
Bright and fresh tropical fruits laced with freshly baked cookies and subtle oak

The idea for this whisky came about when trying to figure out what style of whisky suits a party/festival environment. The result is a light and vibrant single malt, that’s traditionally Lark in style yet unique. It’s a fortified Muscat finish, that does not have a heavy mouth feel, due to the filtration process we use during decantation. The result is a complex and approachable dram, something that can be enjoyed with ease and good company.
