- Once you’ve purchased your entry, you can start tracking your workouts - there’s no deadline to complete, and you don’t have to do it all in one go if you prefer!
- Upon completion of the distance, submit your evidence through our online portal - for time based or long distance challenges, you only need to submit proof of your final workout
- As soon as we receive your submission, we’ll pack up your shiny, well deserved medal and get it in the post to you!
