Ford Bronco HeadersThese are a custom set of headers made of 14 gauge mild steel (. 083 wall thickness). The header flanges are 3 8" thick CNC laser cut and machined flat for a leak free seal. The final collectors utilize a ball socket flange for easy hook up to the custom, bolt in Y pipe. The headers are available with either 1 5 8" primary tubes for normally aspirated applications or 1 3 4" primary tubes for forced induction or stroked motors. You will also be pleased
These are a custom set of headers made of 14 gauge mild steel (.083 wall thickness). The header flanges are 3/8" thick CNC laser cut and machined flat for a leak-free seal. The final collectors utilize a ball-socket flange for easy hook-up to the custom, bolt-in Y-pipe.
The headers are available with either 1 5/8" primary tubes for normally aspirated applications or 1 3/4" primary tubes for forced induction or stroked motors.
You will also be pleased that we take the extra time to polish all clamp marks and do 100% welds around all the primary tubes. These headers require custom exhaust and some minor modifications to the fenders and moving the brake proportioning valve up a few inches.
