The Sophie Cardigan is the perfect layering piece. This chunky striped cardigan features a button down front, optional stripes, a round neck collar and dropped shoulders. Created using half double crochet stitches with a flat construction this crochet project is great for confident beginner crocheters looking to stretch their skills. 

The fit of the Sophie Cardigan is slightly oversized including 18cm positive ease on the body, with dropped shoulders, a round neck and a hip length, however the length can be altered for a longer cardigan, this will require additional yarn.
