In conversations with Thought Space Athletics team member James Proctor, a clear gap emerged in the lineup: the need for a premium, overstable approach disc. Thought Space Athletics had seen some inconsistency with the Temple mold in premium plastics, though its performance in Nerve Pro plastic remained strong. This prompted a deeper collaboration with the team at Discraft to explore a solution that could fill that void.
That exploration led back to a promising prototype—Discraft’s Ringer GT Zone—which had narrowly missed full production during the Zone GT Battle Pack event. Letting a mold with that much potential fade into obscurity didn’t feel right. So, like Lazarus, it’s being brought back—with thoughtful adjustments.
Introducing the VESSEL: a disc that blends the standout features of the original Ringer GT Zone with refined design elements that make it unmistakably Thought Space Athletics, from the plastic feel to the signature flex.
