This was whole cluster fermented in concrete and then into older barrels for 8-10 months’ rest. Youthful and bright, with crushed florals, herbal raspberry, rhubarb, laced with ample mineral salts, lifted with easy granite acidity, and hugged with finely sticky tannins through the bitter cherry finish.
