E’ un rosso complesso, che ci piace per la struttura commisurata all’estrema eleganza, che vi consigliamo di aprire per una serata speciale, abbinandolo alle tagliatelle al cacao con ragù di cinghiale, un eccezionale abbinamento che abbiamo sperimentato personalmente. Questo straordinario vino affina in botti di rovere di Slavonia per dodici mesi circa, per trascorrere altri otto mesi in bottiglia.
Si abbina egregiamente a piatti della tradizione toscana, dalle bistecche ai sughi di carne. Piacevole l’accompagnamento ad una zuppa di pesce con scorfano e coda di rospo.
