Colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini, regala al naso profumi di fiori bianchi, frutta fresca ed erba appena tagliata. In bocca è sapido, morbido, con una nota finale di cannella. Buona la persistenza.

La biancolella è un vitigno a bacca bianca molto diffuso sull’isola di Ischia. Di origine molto antica, la cantina Cenatiempo ne è diventata ambasciatrice a livello nazionale. Per questo Ischia Biancolella DOC 2017 la fermentazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata, dove affina prima della messa in bottiglia. È un vino bianco intenso, portavoce di una regione dal grande patrimonio enologico.

Un bianco perfetto per la cucina di mare, in particolare con gli gnocchi agli scampi oppure accanto ad una frittura di alici.

The blade is not sharpen.

I had no problems assembling the equipment. The problem is with the blade. It doesn't have any sharpen. I bough spares blades which have a different configuration and better edge. However I haven't been able to unscrew the bolt in order to install the new blade. It is extremely tied. One would think that you purchase this equipment, at a high price, and would be able to use it right away. In your dream. This is a Third World Country selling things at an incredible high prices, for the profit of the American companies using the manpower of other Third World Countries or China. Since the blade is not sharp, when you try to use the equipment it got disconnected. Therefore it does not work with the blade that comes from the manufacturer. Total disaster.
