This one, from famed Finca Hartmann’s little sister, Mi Finquita, delivers big time—huge tropical fruit flavours drenched in deep caramel present as coating apricot espressos, juicy candy apple filters, and v decadent Malva pudding capps 🤌 🤌 🤌

Started by Panamanian coffee royalty, Ratibor Jr. & Tessie Hartmann, as an experimental project, Mi Finquita marries processing innovation to tradition, science with intuition, and modern progression to the inherited value system that helped earn Hartmann family coffees their stature generations ago.

For this lot, a very small amount of shade-grown pink bourbon cherries were hand-harvested, scrutinised for quality, sun-dried on raised beds over two weeks with regular rotations, and finally hulled. This classically natural process executed with a masterful touch results in a pink bourbon of insane sweetness, complex florality, and a coating mouthfeel akin to caramel and nectar.
