Installation Guide: Step-by-Step
Note: Disconnect your battery before starting to avoid accidental horn blasts during the install.

Remove the Original: Pop off your existing horn button. Use a 27mm socket to remove the steering shaft nut and washer. Pull the old wheel straight off the splines.

Check the Cancel Cam: Ensure your turn signal cancellation cam is functional. Transfer the cam from your old wheel to the new EMPI unit using the provided screws.

Center the Wheel: Ensure your front tires are straight. Align the splines and slide the new wheel onto the column so the spokes are level.

Torque Down: Reinstall the washer and 27mm nut. Torque to approximately 36 ft-lbs.

Assemble the Horn Ring: Place the chrome half-moon ring over the center and secure it with the included hardware.

Connect & Click: Attach the horn wire to the terminal on the back of the horn button. Press the button into the center of the wheel until it is fully seated.

Testing: Reconnect the battery and confirm the horn and turn signals operate correctly.
