Катря Гриневичева (1875–1947, дівоче прізвище — Банах, за чоловіком — Гриневич) — українська письменниця. Вона народилася у містечку Винники біля Львова. Коли дівчинці минуло три роки, родина переїхала до Кракова. Там закінчила польську вчительську семінарію, в якій було вивчення української мови для майбутніх учительок, які мали працювати у Східній Галичині. Основою історичної повісті 'Шестикрилець' (1935) стали події на Галицько-Волинській землі другої половини XII — початку XIII ст. Увага авторки зосереджується на основних подіях життя князя Романа Мстиславича: подорож до Угорщини, одруження з Рюриківною, похід на ятвягів, боротьба з великим боярством, укріплення західних кордонів, зміцнення зв'язків із півднем, боротьба з половцями, посилення єдності Русі, незгода з Рюриком Київським, похід на Польщу і смерть великого будівничого своєї держави.
