With a pair of J-hooks, it converts into a semi-stationary training station for squats, bench press and overhead work, dramatically increasing the number of exercises possible. With up to 600kg load capacity, it is built to withstand demanding, high-performance training.

Choosing your width: The standard crossbeam (135.4cm) is ideal for yoke walks and strongman training. The narrow version (125cm) is better suited for rack-style training and immediate compatibility with standard barbells.

Please note: When using the 1.89m version for yoke walks, ensure your barbell shaft is longer than 136cm. The narrow version fits standard barbells without issue.

Choosing your height: Start with the 1.89m version and upgrade to 2.30m at any time by simply adding a pair of uprights – no need to replace the entire unit.

Safety First, Always

Stability is non-negotiable. Four red safety pins, each secured with an additional rear bolt, ensure the crossbeam is locked firmly in place. UHMW guiding inserts inside the crossbeam frame provide a tight, non-wobbly fit, protecting both the uprights and the structure itself.

Small sled-type feet help protect your flooring during heavy carries and training. If needed, the yoke can be disassembled into manageable parts for transport – ideal for competitions or outdoor use.

The loading pins are individually removable and feature protective bases to prevent wear on both plates and frame.

Recommendation: Keep weight loaded on the pins during use to maximise base stability.

Compatible with cage & rack accessories

The Riot Yoke 2.0 is compatible with all 75mm box section attachments using 25mm pin holes, allowing you to expand your setup into a fully functional training station.

MRR attachments: Not directly compatible. However, they can be used with our Pin Adapters (MRR-compatible).
