Prickly Ash is a traditional Native American remedy that is now popularly used in herbal formulas as a traditional blood purifier and to support joint comfort by helping to maintain healthy uric acid levels.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY.
Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Please consult your health care provider if currently under care or treatment. Do not exceed recommended amount. See product packaging for additional safety information.
